Refund policy

We have a 48-hour refund policy, which means you have 48 hours after engaging with your item of purchase to request a return. 

To be eligible for a refund, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and a detailed explanation for why you're asking for a refund.

To start a refund, you can contact us at finance@acmpatl.org

We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, reach out to finance@acmpatl.org.

Unfortunately, we cannot initiate refunds on sale items. You can always contact us for any refund questions at finance@acmpatl.org
